If you have, my recommendation to you is to focus on that until you have integrated the lessons contained in it. After all you are aware this is an investment in your life aren’t you, seeing as you paid money for it. Make sure you get your money’s worth!
In truth I do not know exactly how this all works, but that’s ok because I think if I were to rationalize it I would just be getting in the way of the process. I used to spend great energy trying to get my head around all this stuff and the more I thought I knew intellectually, the more I just confused myself and created doubt about whether I doing things the right way or not, which is a clever trick of the conscious mind to get you back into the habit of attachment and interfering with the process.
